When opening the mobile application for SAP Cloud for Customer a black box with the message "Alert" is displayed.
The application cannot be used due to the above message blocking work.

Cause
This behavior happens when local data becomes corrupted due to low/poor connection when using the mobile application.
Resolution
To resolve the error message, the cache for the mobile application on the affected phone must be cleared. This will remove the corrupted data, allowing the application usage again.
In order to prevent this behavior from happening users should switch to offline mode in low‑quality network areas.
