3758548 - Scheduled reports are failing after a minute with Error: ERR_WIS_30284

Symptom

  •  All scheduled reports in one environment fail after running for approximately one minute.
  • Error message: "The server is busy. Please save any pending change and try again later. If the problem persists, contact your BusinessObjects administrator. (Error: ERR_WIS_30284)"
  • Issue occurs consistently for all reports that take more than a minute to run.
