Symptom

  • Running or scheduling reports fails with: "Error in File ~tmp1d6cd7d2e227b90.rpt: Database Connector Error: 'No data or any information from SAP system, waiting thread time out. Please check SAP system.'"
  • Occurs for reports that retrieve data from an SAP system, such as ECC.
  • Issue can be observed after migrating from a Windows server to AIX.
