3758606 - Latest workbench picklist filters: 'View More' loses scroll and shows only first few options

Symptom

When selecting 'View More' for a picklist filter, the list initially appears with a scroll bar for a few seconds, then the popover layout changes, the scroll bar disappears, and only the first few options are available to select.

The behavior occurs for all picklist fields used as filter criteria in the candidate filters of latest workbench.

No error message is displayed.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in as a support user.
  2. Proxy Recruiter.
  3. Open the Recruiting dashboard and a job requisition.
  4. Go to Candidates tab and open Filters.
  5. Expand a picklist filter.
  6. Click 'View More'.

Resolution

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Follow this KBA for updates.
