3758652 - Error: "Content was not imported as completion status is mandatory to associate content to an item" when adding a Content Object to an Item

When running the item connector to associate a content object to an item, the content is not added even when revision date/time are provided, Connector log shows: "Content was not imported as completion status is mandatory to associate content to an item".

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Prepare an item connector feed to add a content object to one or more items, including revision date/time.
2. Go to Learning Administration
3. Run the item connector.
4. Observe that the content object is not associated to the item and the connector log reports: "Content was not imported as completion status is mandatory to associate content to an item".

Missing completion status identifier in the connector feed, the connector requires CMPL_STAT_ID to associate a content object to an item.

1. Edit the item connector feed file used to associate the content object to the item.
2. Populate the mandatory field CMPL_STAT_ID with a valid completion status for each relevant record.
3. Validate the feed against the connector workbook to ensure all other mandatory fields are provided.
4. Run the item connector again.
5. Confirm that the content object is now correctly associated to the item without the previous error.
