3758749 - Only 200 records are visible on the View UI of Custom MDF Card

Symptom

  • For users with more than 200 MDF records, only the first 200 records are displayed in the View All screen, while all records remain visible in Edit mode.
  • Following the latest People Profile update, the custom MDF portlet displays only the first 200 records instead of the complete record set.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Metadata Framework (MDF)

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Employee Profile 
2. Go to custom MDF object
3. On the chad, click View All.
4. It will list only the first 200 entries.

Resolution

  • Our engineering team has reviewed the issue and confirmed that the current limit is 200. Unfortunately, values beyond this limit are not supported at this time.
  • As an alternative, you may consider switching to a solution that uses multiple records for a single user.
