3758789 - Story Reports related to Onboarding Process Task Status is blank/empty post 1H 2026 Production Release

• Post Release, the columns within the story reports have blank or null values.
• Despite no configuration or permission changes being made, the data does not appear within the reports for Process Task Status.

This is a Known Issue.

The issue is caused due to the missing translation for the SF Message key: ONBOARDING2_PROCESS_STATUS_RESTARTED, used for process task status. This is resulting in the Reports having an empty column for the field: Process Task Status.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 1H 2026 P7. For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base

Workaround

Meanwhile, the customers can use Cross-Tab view (in place of non-aggregated view) as workaround. This, for the time being, loads the field value.
