3758847 - Multiple Learning pages fail to open with "cannot determine altui5" error after vsaas release or present a blank screen

Symptom

Multiple pages such as Learning Administration, User Curricula, and User reports either provide a blank screen or provide an error upon access:

  • Error message: "Cannot determine altUI5: /ui/sapui5-aux/resources/config.properties does not have mapping for vsaas_b2605"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to SuccessFactors HCM
  2. Attempt to open Learning Administration

Cause

A missing mapping entry for the release tag "vsaas_b2605" in /ui/sapui5-aux/resources/config.properties causes altUI5 determination to fail, leading to the UI error.

Resolution

Any pages that are blank or presenting the error will be fixed via a patch on June 2nd for the preview tenants.
