Symptom

  • Automated test cases are not imported into the Cloud ALM Test Preparation app during import or synchronization.
  • Error Message:
    • Automated test cases could not be synchronized.
      The communication with the automation provider could not be established.

      Destination: '[DESTINATION_NAME]'. Error while extracting response for type [class com.sap.calm.imp.tm.taapi.openapi.model.GetTestCasesResponse] and content type [text/html;charset=utf-8]
