Symptom
- AVC (Advanced Variant Configuration) ‑ driven dimensions, weight, and volume are not applied during cartonization planning or packing.
- Standard SAP algorithm proposes PSHUs (Planned Shipping Handling Units) without checking packing material weight limits; only product master data is used.
- PSHUs and HUs (Handling Units) show zero weight when AVC provides the values.
- Incorrect weight data appears on shipping HU labels.
- SLG1 logs show inconsistencies in overall weight, volume, and capacity.
- EWM ODO (Outbound Delivery Order) items replicate weights from ERP correctly.
