3758881 - Purchase order quantity rounding with uom EA (1 decimal) rounds up instead of rounding off - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

• Issue with rounding off quantity in PO. Unit of measure EA is configured with 1 decimal place and 1 decimal rounding in CUNI.
• Material has rounding value 0.1 in the material master; base UoM conversion is 1:1.
• When entering a quantity such as 4.646 EA in a purchase order, the system rounds to 4.7 EA instead of 4.6 EA (user expects arithmetic “rounding off” based on the second decimal digit).
• No error messages are displayed.
