Symptom

UI for work order is displaying incorrectly while opening via Actions > Edit Work Order Information.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open a worker’s People Profile.
  2. Select All actions > Edit Work Order Information.
  3. Observe that the Work Order section shows an unexpected form layout (for example, different fields than usual).

Cause

Resolution

  1. Go to Manage Configuration UI.
  2. Open the UI named WorkOrderPortletForAddNewCWF.
  3. Make a minor/dummy change (for example, adjust the order of one or two fields).
  4. Save the UI.
  5. Return to the People Profile and open All actions > Edit Work Order Information to verify the correct form is shown.
  6. If the issue persists, go to OData API Metadata Refresh and Export.
  7. Click Refresh next to Cache.
  8. Recheck the Work Order Information form.
