3758888 - Business Text Intelligence actions do not appear for notes when rich text is enabled

When entering note text such as "schedule a meeting tomorrow at 2 pm" no Business Text Intelligence action button appears. The model trains successfully and the test console returns expected results, but no actions are offered in actual note fields. No error message is shown; the related service for action suggestions is not initiated.

1. Open an object record (for example, an opportunity).
2. In Notes, enter a natural-language instruction such as "schedule a meeting tomorrow at 2 pm".
3. Save the note.
4. Observe that no Business Text Intelligence action suggestions (for example, create appointment) appear.

Rich text is enabled for the Notes field. Business Text Intelligence action suggestions are currently not supported for rich text notes; only plain text notes are supported.

1. Check whether the Notes field is configured to use the rich text editor.
2. If rich text is enabled, switch the Notes field to plain text (disable rich text) or enter the note in a plain text Notes field.
3. Re-enter the instruction text in the plain text Notes field and save; the Business Text Intelligence action suggestions should appear.
