3758905 - When updating the Sales district field in SAP S4/HANA the replication does not trigger for the sales quote

Symptom

Once the quote is created in S4/HANA, if the user changes the Sales district alone in the quote, the changes are not replicated into C4C no message is triggered outbound from S4/HANA.
