Symptom

  • In Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Unit (TU) “Planned arrival period” and “Planned departure period” show different times.
  • For some TUs, planned arrival and planned departure appear equal; for others they differ.
  • A custom monitor/report that reads planned departure shows inconsistent values compared to the TU.
  • No error messages are displayed.
