Symptom

The following error comes from the Send Email feature in LiveCompare after the product is installed on a new server:

Email testing -
we encountered the error: An error occurred while processing your request.LiveCompare responded with: Blat v3.2.15 (build : Jun 26 2016 21:36:11) 32-bit Windows, Full, Unicode Read 1 BCC address from D:\Program Files\IntelliCorp\LiveCompare\web\userdata/Private\TEMP\4083.tmp *** Error *** SMTP server error Error: Not a socket. Error: Not a socket. (-9909)
