3759055 - Error for Legacy National ID of Greece since 1H2026 release

The following error message is received adding a Greece National ID for users with the legacy format:
"The format of national id maintained in CSF Succession Data Model does not match with Standard format for country/region: GRC" 

This error also occurs when trying to rehire users who already have a Greece National ID maintained following the legacy format.
