3759084 - 1H 2026 release -Performance and Goals category disappears from Latest People Profile After Disabling "Visible on Full Profile" for Performance History

Symptom

In  Latest People Profile, the Performance and Goals category disappears from the People Profile after unchecking the “Visible on Full Profile” option for the Performance History configuration.

Users observe that:

  • The Performance and Goals category is no longer displayed on the user profile.
  • This occurs after modifying the visibility settings for Performance History in Configure Latest People Profile.
  • Re-enabling “Visible on Full Profile” makes the category visible again.

The expectation was that only the Performance History visibility would be affected, while the Performance and Goals category would remain available in the profile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Admin Center.
2. Open Configure Latest People Profile.
3. Navigate to the Performance History configuration.
4. Uncheck the option: "Visible on Full Profile"
5. Save the changes.
6. Open a user profile in Latest People Profile.
7. Observe that the Performance and Goals category is no longer displayed on the profile page.

Resolution

Product Engineering is currently investigating this issue .
