3759130 - Material cannot update quantity and value in one storage location and only quantity in another within the same plant

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system, materials cannot have one storage location update quantity and value, and another storage location update only quantity under the same plant.

This is the standard system design. Valuation in the system is fixed at Plant level, not storage location. All storage locations within a plant share the same valuation logic, so value updates cannot be controlled individually per storage location for goods receipt, invoicing, or other follow-on processes. 

The standard system uses plant-level valuation, so it is not supported to have one storage location update both quantity and value while another storage location updates only quantity within the same plant. Do not attempt to configure storage-location-level value updates for goods receipt, invoicing, or other follow-on processes, as this behavior is not available in the standard system.
