3759148 - Unable to perform QAC3 when inspection lot is in status "SUB"

Symptom

With LIMS system interface, Inspection Lot has been posted to LIMS system and system status has changed to SUB. Now system doesn't allow to run QAC3 (cancel sample) for this inspection lot.
