3759158 - Extended Availability of In-Tab Navigation Capability in SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

In-tab navigation is now available on more UI integration cards, opening links within the card in the current browser tab and resolving the redundant header issue in SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone.

In 2H 2025, we introduced the in-tab navigation capability to cards related to the onboarding guided experience, wizard version. As of this release, the in-tab navigation enhancement adds an Open Links in New Tab option to the edit mode of more SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone UI integration cards and reused Home Page cards. When users disable this option on a supported card, the content opens in the current browser tab, removing the redundant header issue and improving navigation.

• The supported SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone cards:
  • Newly supported: Activities, Development Goals, My Profile, My Team, Pay Statement, Spot Awards, and Time Off
  • Already supported in the last enhancement: Compliance Forms, Item List, Onboarding Data Collection, Performance Goals, Track Your Equipment, and Your Career and Mentoring
• The supported Home Page cards:
  • Newly supported: Activity, Birthday Reminder for Managers, Bonus Payout, Compensation Statement, Goals, Job application, Offboarding Tasks, Onboarding Guide, Quick Links, Spot Award Congratulations, Time for a break?, Work Anniversary Reminder for Managers, and Your Onboarding Checklist
  • Already supported in the last enhancement: Your Onboarding Tasks

Users benefit from a more streamlined experience, as in-tab navigation eliminates redundant headers and allows easier navigation within SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone.
