  1. Export all the data
  2. Complete all the open activity
  3. Check all integration and take action on the downstream.

Decommissioning Steps (Before the contract ends)

1. If you have completed all the ONB 1.0 activity and want to decommission before your contract end date, then

2. Reach out to your CSM along with your checklist and following information

    • BizX Id
    • Onboarding 1.0 Id
    • Customer Approval to decommission the above tenant

3. CSM will coordinate with sapsf decommissioning team

4. Decommissioning team will verify all the details

5.The ONB 1.0 tenant will be locked and marked for decommissioning

    • When the tenant is locked, Onboarding 1.0 application will not be accessible
    • When you click on ONB 1.0 from the home drop down, you will see a pop message "Onboarding 1.0 access is deprecated and no longer available....."

6. 40 days from the verification, the tenant will be decommissioned

Warning: Once the tenant is decommissioned, there is NO method to retrieve it back.

If you have changed your approach & want to stop Decommissioning and keep ONB 1.0 tenant before the contract end date, the decision must be communicated to decommissioning team through your CSM before the tenant is decommissioned.
