1. Navigate to Recruiting Management
2. Open a job requisition form
3. Click on the Job Profile tab
4. Edit the job description section
5. Save the job profile
6. An application error occurs
   

The job description section contains unsupported HTML tags, specifically ^and.

1. Open the job description section in the Job Profile tab.

2. Remove all instances of the ^and HTML tags.

3. Save the job profile to resolve the error.
