3759459 - Onboarding program duplication stuck on loading page when copying a program

• When attempting to duplicate an onboarding program, the duplication page remains stuck on loading and does not proceed.
• The behavior persists after changing browsers, clearing cache, and changing the network connection.
• The behavior occurs even when proxying as another user.
• The behavior may appear user-specific with no visible error message.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Sign in with a user who has permissions to manage onboarding programs.
2. Go to Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks.
3. Open Onboarding Programs.
4. Select an existing onboarding program and choose the option to copy/duplicate it.
5. Observe that the duplication page continues loading and does not proceed.

• This is a Known Issue.

Our Engineering team is currently investigating this issue. At this time, there is no confirmed timeline for a permanent fix.

As a workaround, please perform the following steps:

1. Open the Onboarding Program that you want to copy.
2. Click Edit and wait for the page to fully load.
3. Click Cancel without saving any changes.
4. Open the same program again and click Copy.

The Copy page should now load correctly.

This workaround can be used until a permanent solution is provided. Please monitor the KBA for future product updates for any enhancements or fixes related to this behavior.
