3759506 - Unable to hide the fields in Work Order object after enabling Latest Editing UI - 1H 2026

After enabling “Enable the latest Viewing, Editing and History UI on Full Profile (With Non-Configurable UI)” for Work Order, fields hidden via Configure Latest People Profile remain visible on the Work Order card.

1. Open Configure Latest People Profile and navigate to the Work Order object.
2. Enable the Latest Viewing, Editing and History UI on Full Profile for Work Order (Latest Editing UI).
3. In the same configuration, use Hide fields to hide a standard field (for example, Vendor) and a custom Work Order field.
4. Save the configuration.
5. Open an existing contingent worker’s profile and go to the Work Order card: observe the previously hidden fields are still visible.
6. Start the Add Contingent Worker and navigate to the Work Order section: observe the custom field is not displayed, while the standard field is still displayed. 

This issue has been identified as known defect.

1. This issue will be fixed via a code correction in a 2H 2026 release. 
2. Workaround: Disable "Enable the latest Viewing, Editing and History UI on Full Profile (With Non-Configurable UI)” for Work Order card in Configure Latest People Profile.
