Symptom

Within Manage Talent Intelligence Hub, multiple pages show black text when theme manager is configured with white text:

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SuccessFactors
  2. Ensure system theme is set to white text on a dark background
  3. Navigate to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub > observe the page header shows as black text
  4. Go to Competencies: Select any competency > select the globe icon > observe the Languages title displays as black text
    • This occurs in all areas within Manage Talent Intelligence Hub where a globe icon can be accessed
  5. Navigate to Skills > Skills Governance > Imported Skills tab and Inferred Skills tab > observe the Skills column header displays as black text.
  6. Navigate to Settings > Manage General Settings > observe the Settings header displays as black text
  7. Navigate to Settings > Manage Skills Governance > observe the Sources header displays as black text.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

Product Engineering is investigating a solution.
