3759645 - Onboarding 1.0 menus are still visible after the 1H2026 release

• The onboarding 1.0 module remains visible on login.
• Legacy onboarding 1.0 and offboarding 1.0 processes continue to be visible after 1H2026 release.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Log in to the system.
2. Navigate to the main menu/navigation area.
3. Observe that onboarding 1.0 remains visible and onboarding-related menu options show duplicates for some users.

1. After the 1H2026 release , Validate in Provisioning that the onboarding 1.0 and offboarding 1.0 settings are still enabled.
2. Engage the implementation partner to perform the onboarding 1.0 decommission activity .
3. In Provisioning, switch off the onboarding 1.0 and offboarding 1.0 settings.
4. After the change, verify that onboarding 1.0 menus, to do tasks, and legacy onboarding/offboarding 1.0 processes are no longer visible.
