Symptom

For control-based engagement risk assessment projects, the required assessment questionnaires are determined by the applicable controls. These controls are defined based on the requester’s responses to questions within the engagement request.
The questionnaires are then used to collect evidence of control effectiveness from both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
