3759717 - Engagement Request Process - Respond to Assessments

Symptom

Assessments are modular supplier management questionnaires, and each might have its own approval flow. After a recipient has submitted answers to a modular supplier management questionnaire (either as a standalone questionnaire or as part of another control-based supplier engagement risk assessment), and those answers have been approved, the assessment questionnaire is approved until it expires (if ever).
