Post-upgrade to HANA 2.0 SPS 07, inconsistent result sets for identical SQL/API calls using OFFSET and LIMIT.
The same request (same WHERE, ORDER BY, OFFSET, RECORDS) returns different records across executions, resulting in missing and duplicate records in downstream integrations.
This did not occur in SPS06, where the behavior was stable for an extended period.
