Symptom

  • After configuring LDAP, the configuration shows as successful, but changes are not getting saved.
  • Message displayed: "LDAP has not yet been configured."
  • Message displayed: "The LDAP Configuration Wizard will lead you through the steps required to set up LDAP Authentication."
  • The behavior persists even after multiple configuration attempts.
