3759750 - How to edit Work Order Owner via edit in the latest people profile

• When editing a Work Order on an existing profile, the Work Order Owner field is not editable in the profile portlet.
• The same field is editable when using Take Action > Edit Work Order Information.
• This behavior was previously working and from 1H2026 is not working anymore

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Open a user’s profile.
2. Navigate to the Contingent Worker (Work Order) section/portlet.
3. Click Edit (pencil icon) on the Work Order.
4. Observe that the Work Order Owner field is read-only.
5. From the same profile, go to Take Action.
6. Select Edit Work Order Information and observe that the Work Order Owner field is editable there.

In the Latest People Profile, the Work Order Owner field within the Work Order section is read-only by design.

1. To edit the Work Order Owner, go to the user’s profile
2. Click Take Action.
3. Update the Work Order Owner field
4. Save
