3759757 - In latest people profile view mode the MDF records show label "1 Record" regardless of user locale

• MDF portlet in PPX shows "1 Record" label when there is a record.
• The label "1 Record" on MDF card in latest people profile view mode is not translated to the user locale

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. login with locale en_US or en_UK
2. the custom MDF card
3. see the card shows for example "1 Record" label 
4. Now change the user locale to German for example
5. Now check that MDF card still show  the label "1 Record"
6. Expectation is that in German it should be "1 Datensatz"
