Symptom

  • This KBA helps in understanding and resolving issues related to File Sweep processing failures caused by generated file names exceeding the allowed field length. 
  • File Sweep processing fails during inbound file creation.
  • The File Sweep logs may show an error similar to the following:
    “InFile created when processing File Sweep InFile with InFileIdPattern = ${ProcessSeq}${Name}${CurrentDate}_${CurrentTime}; ProcessSeq = 2 is invalid. Errors occurred for entity InFile: InFile_Name 'file_name' exceeds maximum length of '60'.”
