Symptom
The User ID needs to be changed, but the User ID column is grayed out.

Cause

Resolution
Once the User ID is created, their ID can’t be modified. But there is a workaround to achieve the aim of change User ID.
- Delete the old user whose User ID needs to be changed.
- Create a new user with expected User ID.
- Assign proper role to this new user.
