3759834 - Benefit enrollment warning dialog displays OK/Cancel buttons instead of Yes/No when no beneficiary added 1H 2026

An error occurs when enrolling for benefit i.e., "You haven’t added any beneficiaries. Choose 'Yes' if you agree or 'No' if you want to make changes." The warning message displays "OK" or "Cancel" instead of "YES" or "NO". The behavior occurs during new enrollment and not when editing an already enrolled benefit.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits

1. Navigate to any employee profile.
2. Select Category Benefits - Benefit Actions - Enroll a benefit.
3. Make sure there are no beneficiaries provided in the 'Manage Beneficiary' tab.
4. Click “Next.”
5. Observe the warning about missing beneficiaries and that the buttons display “OK”/“Cancel” instead of “YES”/“NO.” 

Issue will be fixed with 2H 2026 release.

Workaround: Kindly update text to 'You haven't added any beneficiaries. Do you want to proceed?' for token 'BENEFITS_BENEFICIARY_DETAILS_MISSING_FOR_BENEFICIARY_ENABLED_BENEFIT' in 'Manage Languages'. Refer KBA 2576546 for more information on the workaround.
