3759875 - Required field icon not displayed for rating field when it is set as required via business rule

When a rating field is set as required via business rule, the required field indicator (*) is not displayed for that field on the main table view.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Configure a business rule that sets the a rating field (e.g., Official Rating in the Goal section) , as Required based on a condition.
2. Open the form and satisfy the condition defined in the business rule.
3. On the main view page, observe that the required icon * is not displayed for the rating field.
4. Click open the item and observe that the required icon * is displayed for field on the side panel.

This is expected behavior.

When a business rule sets a rating field as Required, the required field icon (*) is displayed exclusively on the side panel when the item is clicked open. The required field icon (*) is not displayed inline on the main table view by design.
