3759916 - Onboarding Real-Time sync to IAS stuck with “certificate_expired” and deregistration errors — SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

Symptom

  • Onboarding candidates cannot sync to IAS.
  • Real-time sync remains “In Progress” in Execution Manager.
  • UI message: “Specific integrations within this service were deregistered after failing continuously… Please check the Execution Manager for more details.”
  • Error in logs: “Received fatal alert: certificate_expired.”
  • Error while publishing the event to the destination endpoint, followed by “certificate_expired”.
