3759934 - Worker/User Replication fails with error "Not all address numbers have yet been issued"

Symptom

  • Replication of worker/user data from the source HR system to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition fails for some users.
  • The following error message is shown: "Not all address numbers have yet been issued".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable or run worker/user replication from the source HR system (for example, SuccessFactors) to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
  2. Attempt to replicate affected users.
  3. Observe that the replication fails with the error "Not all address numbers have yet been issued" in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Cause

The affected business users had been deleted previously and the Allow Recreation flag was set to Not Allowed, preventing their recreation during replication.

Resolution

  1. Open the Maintain Deleted Business Users app in S/4HANA Cloud.
  2. Search for and select the relevant deleted business users.
  3. Choose Allow Recreation for the selected users.
  4. Start an update from the source HR system and replicate the users again.
  5. Verify that the replication completes without the error.
