3760052 - Warehouse Monitor: No Hotspot or Direct Cross-Application Navigation Available for Delivery Numbers in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

Symptom

In the Warehouse Monitor Fiori app, clicking the delivery number does not activate a hotspot or navigate to another application.

Hotspots appear inactive when attempting to open the delivery via the delivery number.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Log in to the Warehouse Monitor Fiori app.

2. On the left side, open the Inbound Delivery node and double-click it. Run the selection screen without entering data.

3. Click the delivery number. No hotspot action occurs and no navigation is performed.

Cause

Direct cross-application navigation (hotspot behavior) from Warehouse Monitor to transactions/apps such as PRDI is not part of the standard functionality in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition; the item detail pane in the monitor works as designed.

Resolution

Acknowledge that the observed behavior is standard: the item detail view in Warehouse Monitor functions correctly, but direct navigation via hotspot to other transactions/apps (for example, PRDI) is not supported in Public Cloud.
