Symptom

  • Candidates are duplicated in Manage Pending Hire (same name, start date, and job title appearing multiple times).
  • No error messages or error codes are mentioned.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click load more on MPH - Onboarding page
  2. Duplicate of candidates 

Cause

Resolution

  1. Ensure Admin access to MDF OData API permission is not granted to the user witnessing the behavior
  2. The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.
