SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3760100 - Error message: "An error occurred when calling the data import web service for the destination S4HanaCConsoEndpoint. Error: HTTP 403 - Forbidden" for Data Mapping in SAP GRDC

Symptom

  • When starting a Run Data Mapping job in Group Reporting Data Collection (GRDC)  the job fails with the following Error Message:
  • Error message: "An error occurred when calling the data import web service for the destination S4HanaCConsoEndpoint. Error: HTTP 403 - Forbidden"
  • Error message: "Can't retrieve ACDOCU fields from the source instance S4HanaCConsoEndpoint_API using service fincs_rptdfindatabulkin. Error: HTTP 403 - Forbidden"
  • Other GRDC apps work; only the Run Data Mapping import fails.
  • No entries visible in srt_moni or srt_log.
