3760144 - Cannot create Instance for the Forms Service by Adobe with error "There are no spaces in the Cloud Foundry org"

The Forms Service by Adobe subscription has been created and the service tile is visible in the subaccount menu. However, when trying to create a service instance for the SAP Forms Service by Adobe on BTP, the "Instance Name" field is greyed out/disabled and the below message appears:

"There are no spaces in the Cloud Foundry org. Create a space."

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
