3760153 - Why don't I see information on items that are inside Lots in the payload when sending a CLID to the External System?

Symptom

In Ariba Contracts, when submitting a CLID to the External System, when checking the preprocess Payload in CIG, we can see Items and Lots in the payload, but if the Lots have items inside, that information is not shown in the payload.
