3760186 - mdg material copy: 'valuation node contains no entry' when unauthorized plant data is generated during change request submission, SAP s/4hana

During material copy in MDG, data is generated for plants the user is not authorized for, and submitting the change request fails with the following error :

• Error: "Valuation node contains no entry for plant which user does not have access."
