3760206 - "No permission to perform this operation." error when opening fields in Latest People Profile - Employee Central

Is noted that when proxying with some user and trying to modify data the fields does not open values, instead error happens in fields:
"No permission to perform this operation."

• Proxy as User
• Edit Personal Information/Job Information or any entity
• Click on field 
  Result:  Error is triggered on field.

This is caused when target proxy user does not have User Login permission, hence system does not allow user act as the user that cannot login in system.

If is required modify as the user then please provide User Login permission:

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles
2. Grant: General User Permission -> User Login

Otherwise perform change on the profile as Admin user instead of proxying.
