Symptom

When running pending tasks in Soamanager the following error occurs:

Not authorized to perform 'Change' for provider config. "[Auth.Obj. S_SRT_CF_P]
No authorization (RC = 4) for S_SRT_CF_P: 'ACTVT' = '02', 'SRT_NAME' = ''
