3760236 - Bank Statement Monitor (F6388) Fiori app shows no data or incomplete bank statements

• Required settings are maintained in the Bank Relationship tab of the Manage Bank Statement app, but the Bank Statement Monitor app shows no data after processing bank statements for the selected company code and house bank.
• After pressing Refresh, a pop-up appears: "A refresh is in progress. See bell notifications for results." No notification appears, and data only shows after pressing Go again.
• The app displays fewer statements than exist in backend tables for the same date; the serial number status tab shows fewer statements than expected.
• The issue occurs only in the Fiori app Bank Statement Monitor; the same statements are visible in the GUI transaction for bank statement display.
