• When launching an OpenDocument link from a Lumira report in the primary OpenDocument workflow, the message appears: "an error occurred: an error occurred while trying to view the document".
• On the HAR traces > Request URI=/BOE/OpenDocument/xxxxxxxxxx/BIPCoreWeb/TimeoutSession > HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
• Server logs may show:
  • "External session ID not defined. Cannot process the request for specified parameters Timeout Controller".
  • "com.crystaldecisions.sdk.framework.IEnterpriseSession.getSessionCUID() because existingSession is null".
• OpenDocument URL ends with "&logonSuccessful=true&noDetailsPanel=true"
