Yes, it is possible using a AdHoc Report with the Recruiting V2 schema.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Reports > Create New Table Report.
2. Select Recruiting V2 as the report type and click Create.
3. In the Columns step, expand the Offer Letter category and add the Send Mode column, along with any other desired columns.
4. Optionally, in the Filters step, add a filter on Send Mode to narrow results to a specific distribution method.
5. Run the report.

The Send Mode field reflects the distribution method selected at the time the offer letter was sent. The possible values are:

• Print
• Online Offer with eSignature
• Online Offer
• Verbal Offer
• Email as text
